Portville Hall of Fame

     Jerome P. Sullivan began teaching English at Portville Central School in
1961.  During his tenure at PCS, he earned the respect of staff and students
alike.  He served as class advisor for 28 years, assistant football coach, and
President of the Portville Faculty Association. He also taught journalism for
years, advised the National Honor Society, and chaired the Drama Club.  

     In addition to his educational career, Mr. Sullivan served as the Village and
Town Justice from 1970 to 2005. He will be remembered as an outstanding
educator and a compassionate judge.
